Other things to note
There is a converted garage unit on-site with a single long-term tenant. There are no shared spaces between the home and the secondary unit, and the entrances are separate.

The backyard opens directly to the canyon and is not fully fenced on that side, so please keep a close eye on children and pets while outside.
