Palm House Project
For Palm House, we saw an opportunity to improve both the design and the way guests experience the home. We added a French door to create direct access from the living space to the backyard—something the home previously lacked. The update opened up the space and created a natural indoor-outdoor flow that perfectly captures the San Diego lifestyle.
We carried that feeling throughout the home with a modern coastal design, layering relaxed textures and natural elements with playful pops of color for a space that feels fresh, inviting, and memorable.
Nomad Surf Lounge Project
Nomad Surf Lounge started as a blank slate—minimal, neutral, and missing the personality of its Ocean Beach surroundings. The owners wanted the home to capture OB’s funky, laid-back energy, but in a way that still felt elevated and intentional.
We transformed the space with warm tones, rich textures, playful details, and layers of personality, creating a home that feels distinctly coastal without relying on traditional beach-house design. Beyond the aesthetics, we thoughtfully added amenities and guest-focused touches designed to differentiate the property, elevate the experience, and help it command top-dollar nightly rates.
